Marie Hahnenberg

Marie is a researcher for American Life League. She is part of the Stop Planned Parenthood team and edits the Wednesday STOPP Report. Marie joined ALL in July 2007, pursuing her dream of working full-time in the pro-life movement.

Marie is currently the director of American Life League's Map Room: Activism Against Planned Parenthood, a web site that displays all of the protests outside of Planned Parenthood facilities across the country. She is also the project manager for "The Pill Kills" campaign, a national protest against the birth control pill. She helps educate young people about the pill's abortifacient effects and how it harms women.

Marie is a regular blogger on ALL's web site and frequent contributor to ALL's Celebrate Life magazine.

You can hear Marie discuss pro-life news and more on the Rock for Life podcast, a regular activity sponsored by Rock for Life, ALL's youth outreach. She also appears on local and national radio talk shows, including Relevant Radio, and comments on breaking news stories for American Family Radio.

Marie received her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she gave chastity talks and was president of the college’s Students for Life club. She was formerly an elementary school teacher and director of a Students for Life group in Michigan.

Marie comes from a family of nine children, and she enjoys playing basketball and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
