Among Planned Parenthood’s proposals for population reduction is the Jaffe Memo, produced by Planned Parenthood in 1969 at the behest of the U.S. government.
Among the suggestions in the memo were “compulsory abortion of out-of-wedlock pregnancies,” “compulsory sterilization of all who have two children except for a few who would be allowed three,” the confining of childbearing “to only a limited number of adults,” and “stock certificate type permits for children.”
Many other proposals for population reduction were listed in the report as well, some of which we see tragically fulfilled today. Among them: “Restructure family: a) postpone or avoid marriage, b) alter image of ideal family size.” The document then lists ways to accomplish this by suggesting the following: “encourage increased homosexuality,” “educate for family limitation,” “require women to work and provide few child care facilities,” allow “abortion and sterilization on demand,” “allow certain contraceptives to be distributed non-medically,” “improve contraceptive technology,” and “make contraception truly available and accessible to all.”
Since the advent of Obamacare, many private insurance plans are no longer covering maternity care in states where they are not required by law to do so. In the word of one insurance agent, they are “stealing from Peter to pay Paul,” because of the increased cost of the mandates that they are already operating under. In 2014, all insurance plans will be required to provide maternity coverage. Yet, employers are required----as of today----to provide insurance that ensures full coverage for abortifacient contraceptives and sterilization. With these dynamics already in play and the rules for Obamacare continually being written, only an irrational person would think that mandatory abortion coverage and eventually mandatory abortions are not lurking behind the cover of government-mandated insurance----all at the behest and under the auspices of Planned Parenthood’s extensive death machine.
The Jaffe Memo is one more reminder of the evil that lurks beneath the surface of Planned Parenthood. STOPP founder Jim Sedlak produced, with David Bereit, a DVD series on Planned Parenthood that is available online here. Entitled Stop Planned Parenthood, the series sheds light on what Planned Parenthood is all about and how to eliminate it from your community. It is a great educational tool to use in educating those in your community to take action against Planned Parenthood and against government-mandated “healthcare.”
