A federal judge has denied Planned Parenthood’s motion to dismiss a multi-million dollar whistleblower lawsuit accusing the abortion giant of fraud.

The American Center for Law and Justice brought the lawsuit on behalf of former PP Gulf Coast employee Karen Reynolds, who says, “These false claims were submitted to the United States and Texas governments for reimbursement and, to support its claims for payment, [Planned Parenthood] regularly falsified patient charts.”

Kudos to ACLJ and to Karen Reynolds—and other brave former Planned Parenthood employees—who refuse to be silenced and are exposing the corruption of the organization that claims to champion women while robbing them of their posterity.
