Planned Parenthood’s focus on abortion meant another devastating year for the preborn, with 327,653 lives lost. That’s an increase of 487 abortions over last year, and a whopping 34 percent increase over 2004.
In 2007, Planned Parenthood’s abortion count per year first exceeded 300,000. In the seven years beginning in 2007 and ending in 2013, 2.3 million innocent children have died grisly deaths at the hands of Planned Parenthood. That’s more than the population of Houston, Texas—our nation’s fourth most populous city. It also spotlights Planned Parenthood’s increasing focus on abortion. Almost one-third of the abortions Planned Parenthood has committed since 1970 have taken place during the last seven years.
Since it began committing abortions in 1970, Planned Parenthood has annihilated 6.6 million tiny children. That’s a body count that exceeds the population of Los Angeles and Chicago—our nation’s second and third most populous cities—combined.
