Highlighting our Blessed Mother's pivotal role in stopping Planned Parenthood, STOPP national director, Rita Diller, gave presentations in Amarillo and Nazareth, Texas, in connection with the solemn observance of the 38th anniversary of Roe vs. Wade.

In both Amarillo and Nazareth, Diller called pro-life advocates to advance under Our Lady's banner to nearby Lubbock, where Planned Parenthood has recently expanded into the surgical abortion business after decades of operating a birth control facility there.

Bringing Jesus to Planned Parenthood through Mary campaign materials were left with the seasoned pro-life advocates in Nazareth, who intend to take the campaign to Planned Parenthood in Lubbock. The people of Nazareth were instrumental in carrying out the 12-year campaign in the Texas Panhandle that culminated in the closure of 19 Planned Parenthood facilities and the disaffiliation of the remaining 2 from Planned Parenthood.

We recently reported that pro-life advocates in Lubbock have purchased the building that shares a parking lot with Planned Parenthood in Lubbock and will be moving The Nurturing Center, a pro-life outreach, to the building upon the completion of renovation. Lawrence D'Souza, who heads the Nurturing Center and is also the Respect Life director for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lubbock is in need of a sonogram machine and help with funds to complete the repairs and remodeling of the building.
