Dr. John Pisciotta, head of Pro-Life Waco, sends great news:

I have good news!

Planned Parenthood has inflicted surgical abortions here in Waco on a one-day-a-week basis since 1994. The good news is that for the fifth Wednesday in a row, surgical abortions were not committed at the Waco abortion facility at 1927 Columbus Ave. Waco has always had a “circuit rider” abortionist. Our current abortionist resides in Austin. Apparently, the abortion business in Waco is not sufficiently profitable for him to spend four hours driving to kill unborn babies in Waco.

The situation in Waco may be quite similar to what is also happening in Fort Worth. I recently received an e-mail with the news that the one-day-a-week Planned Parenthood surgical abortion business in Fort Worth is closed at least temporarily. This is because of the retirement of longtime abortionist Neal Adam Poch. You can read the uplifting e-mail message here.

As in Waco, the abortionist did not find the business in Fort Worth sufficiently lucrative for a round trip from Tyler, Texas. In addition to local activism, the Texas abortion law, which requires ultrasound counseling 24 hours in advance of abortion, is making abortion much more costly. With the new law in effect since October 1, an abortionist must interact with the mother in counseling as well as killing. Beyond the travel time and expense, abortionists are not noted for their strong desire to counsel pregnant moms. They prefer to leave abortion marketing to others.

So, let us be encouraged and intensify the battle for the lives of the preborn and the lives and souls of those participating in abortion. Smaller abortion facilities in Texas are on the ropes. Let’s work for a knockout for the Gospel of Life.

I hope you are not offended by my bellicose words. The Bible tells us there is a time for serenity in love of neighbor. Our Lord also calls his followers to be open and bold in defense of the innocent, weak, and the deceived. To shirk and be silent would make us lukewarm.

Please forward to share the good news with your friends.
