'Sexuality ed expert': Laws pass when parents don't object; says one or two phone calls can derail sex ed program

As a registrant at the 36th annual Planned Parenthood-directed Oregon Adolescent Sexuality Conference (ASC) held April 22 and 23 in Seaside, Oregon, I was honestly quite shocked at the frank admission by Brad Victor that the most liberal sex ed laws in the nation were driven through easily because there was no parental outcry. A “Sexuality Education Specialist” with the Oregon Department of Education, Victor was introduced at the beginning of the conference as being with WISE of Oregon, an acronym for “Working to Institutionalize Sex Education.”

Victor described how laws requiring sex education starting in kindergarten and condom demonstrations in sixth grade were pushed through with the greatest of ease when parents’ voices were not heard in opposition at the state board level.

He said the explicit Oregon Administrative Rule passed at the second reading, after being bundled with other “consent” items. At the first reading of the proposed rule, he appeared and explained to the board that there had been much review and many revisions, and that many groups had been involved in drafting the rule. The board wanted one minor item of terminology changed, and that change was made. He continued:

And then a month later I came back before them, and it was on the docket as a consent item. Which they’ll pile a bunch of stuff together. We put it out for public comment. There was no public comment at all. And so we went for the consent items, and they said, “Everybody agree on the consent items?” And they raised their hands. And bingo, boom! We’ve got the most progressive law in the nation here. So we pushed the envelope again.

Remarkably, at one point Victor began to lay his cards on the table about how parents can very easily sidetrack such programs, even after laws are in place, confirming what STOPP has continually taught parents about taking their schools back.

He said that while school boards and superintendents will cling to their ideas to save money by cutting bus services over the objection of many parents, or defend their decision to not include intelligent design in the science curriculum over the objection of many parents, it only takes one or two calls from parents to cause big trouble for those pushing “comprehensive” sex education programs. Quoting Victor:

You adopt a curriculum, comprehensive curriculum, two parents call. Superintendent freaks. School board freaks out. . . . The law says, guess what, you are supposed to teach about condoms in sixth grade in Oregon. If you’re not, you’re violating the law. How many phone calls does it take for a superintendent to violate Oregon education law when it comes to sex education? Usually one or two. One or two—they are willing to violate the law.

He pointed out that superintendents are in very vulnerable positions, hired by school boards that are no longer there often after three to six years. He then said that in WISE grantee schools, it is much more difficult to sway the administration because of his ability to convince them they must comply with the law.

The thing that I have found with this—and I found this particularly with the WISE in Oregon schools—is the superintendents, when they get those first two calls, they just say hey, we are in compliance with Oregon law, I’m required to exercise Oregon education law, and after that point the conversation ends usually. It usually ends 99 percent of the time.

Victor uses WISE as his vehicle to ramrod mandatory sex ed laws through the state board and legislature. Those fighting mandatory “comprehensive” sex ed in Oregon say the parents never know about the laws before they are passed. After Planned Parenthood ideology is enacted as law, WISE is the vehicle used to galvanize the teachers and administrators to stand firm against parental objections.

If you want to get Planned Parenthood sex ed out of the schools, speak up! Call the superintendent. Call the school board members and object until your voice is heard.

Read Jim Sedlak’s Parent Power!! and take action today. Pass it on to all of the parents of your children’s classmates as well. Then band together and take action. It is never too late to take your school back, and the way to do it is with a great parental outcry. Don’t let Planned Parenthood and its cohorts run roughshod over your children one more day.

Planned Parenthood’s war on Oregon children

As I reflect on the Oregon Adolescent Sexuality Conference (ASC) recently held in beautiful Seaside, Oregon, only two blocks from Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, I feel overwhelming grief and pain.

I grieve for the students who spent two long days with adults who relentlessly threw the most vile, deceptive, sexually soaked garbage in their faces in an apparently successful attempt to numb them to sin, to turn them against Christianity, and to tempt them with the embrace of debauchery in some of its most vile apparitions.

I feel tremendous pain for the parents who trusted the schools and the state of Oregon to do the right thing for their children, and who are likely still in the dark—a dark that was intentionally created and promulgated by the organizers, one of whom was quite candid about how lack of parental objection enabled the enactment of the most “progressive” sex education laws in the nation.

Planned Parenthood was on the steering committee of the statewide gender-bending celebration of perversion. Dozens of teens arrived on school buses from across Oregon for the 36th annual conference, participating in a field trip that terminated at the very gates of hell. The students were subjected to two days of sexually chaotic presentations that placed pathetically bizarre individuals front and center, propping them up as role models for the teens.

One of the keynote speakers whose presentation signaled the direction of the conference was Jenn Burleton, founder and executive director of TransActive Education & Advocacy.

Portrayed in the program as a woman, it was apparent the minute he walked on the stage that Jenn is male. With a shoulder length bob hairdo and dangling earrings, Jenn used his background as an entertainer to put on a show that would capture the sympathy and admiration of the students.

He spun out a life story of misery, a home with no positive male influence, a life without adult supervision—a life that convinced him he was a girl. He told stories of dressing up in his mother’s sexy clothing at the age of 12, streetwalking and hitchhiking. He bragged that he was always picked up as he walked the streets after midnight because he looked so good.

His current choice to self-identify as a lesbian drew applause from the students and adults. He has a female “life partner” who, he says, loves him for his heart, not his parts. He is now a pathetic hero, of sorts, to the teens who were pulled in by his story. He achieved the status of role model that the organizers were obviously reaching for. He says that although his life is good, he suffers from depression.

This presentation was the tip of the iceberg. Throughout the conference, great emphasis was placed normalizing perversion and immorality, gender confusion and sexual license, with not-so-subtle Bible and Christian-bashing and a hearty dose of anti-Americanism sprinkled throughout.

I came away from the conference traumatized. How much more were these students traumatized? Let us pray for each of them as we realize this is one part of an ongoing, morally abusive indoctrination for them. Day after day in schools across Oregon and across the nation children are receiving similar indoctrination beyond the watchful eyes of their parents.

We must also pray for the conversion of the adults who are heaping this chaos upon students, even as we work unceasingly to stop their aggression toward our children.

The biblical “millstone” warning pierces the silence that lies between abusers and the parents of these children. It was Jesus himself who warned: “Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. Woe to the world because of things that cause sin! Such things must come, but woe to the one through whom they come!” (Matthew 18:6-7)

Getting Planned Parenthood out of our schools in not an option; it is imperative. Parents must act with great haste to dispel the darkness and save our children from the evil that lurks inside the school buildings and other government venues.

Female condom manufacturer hawks goods at adolescent sexuality conference

We will be profiling companies that sponsored and supported Oregon’s Adolescent Sexuality Conference in this and upcoming editions of the Wednesday STOPP Report.

Female Health Company sponsored the event, obviously to promote its female condoms, FC2, by making believers of agency workers so that they will in turn make believers—and customers—of the teens and women they target. Inside the carry bag that registrants were instructed to pick up was a bag containing one of the female condoms, along with a promotional card offering free supplies to providers who will participate in the online training.

“What we found here in the United States and around the world is training and education [are] key when you talk about distributing female condoms,” the online trainer proclaims. She instructs “providers” to think of them as sexy, safe and fun, rather than ugly, noisy, and gross, because how they think about the female condom will influence how their clients feel about the female condom. “Female condoms CAN be safe, they CAN be fun, they CAN be effective. And if you believe that, your clients will.” Enough said.

According to the Motley Fool, Female Health Company is among the 25 best companies in the nation. Why? It makes a lot of money, of course, hawking its ware through “massive aid organizations.”

“With fewer than 150 employees,” we learn, “the company brings in more than $200,000 in revenue per worker, attesting to the efficiency of its staff. Even with the assistance of massive aid organizations to help the company with distribution, the fact that such a small company is able to meet such a huge need attests to the dedication of company workers to get the job done.”

With Planned Parenthood’s help, the Female Health Company will continue to rake in record profits as the small company with a massive distribution network put in place by your tax dollars and mine.

Bringing Jesus to Planned Parenthood through Mary: We hold the key to stopping Planned Parenthood, and it looks like a rosary

With the trial of abortionist Kermit Gosnell concluding this week, we have caught rare glimpses of the deadly, inhumane reality of the abortion facility. Who can look at the pictures of those little children whose necks had been opened and their spinal cords clipped without crying a thousand tears? Who would not shudder and recoil at seeing Gosnell’s collection of severed baby feet?

Now Lila Rose has begun releasing footage of her latest exposé, INHUMAN: Undercover in America’s Late-Term Abortion Industry, where an abortionist admits that, contrary to federal law, if a baby is born alive during the course of an abortion, he will not help it live. In another video, the admission was made that the abortion personnel would facilitate the death of the child by drowning.

Every day your local Planned Parenthood steals the souls of young people through immoral, perverse sex indoctrination propped up by birth control. The organization pushes fear and the resultant hatred of babies to facilitate its abortion agenda. Its facilities kill preborn babies through chemical concoctions or surgical procedures, and some of them commit late-term abortions where the children are sometimes born alive. Do they follow the law and save those babies? According to a Planned Parenthood lobbyist, that depends on the decision of the woman and her doctor.

We hold in our hands the key to stopping the exploitation of our children and for stopping the carnage. What Catholic does not own at least one rosary? If every rosary in America were taken to Planned Parenthood and used to beseech Our Lady to bring an end to the evil that abounds there, the abortion giant would be out of business in no time. Every time we pray the rosary, at the moment we ask Mary to pray for us, we can be assured she does, accompanied by all the heavenly cohort. At that moment, the mother of God and all the saints and angels join you—one solitary soul whose prayers are now magnified times infinity—in praying for the closure of Planned Parenthood.

We learned in this issue of the Wednesday STOPP Report how one or two phone calls to a superintendent can derail Planned Parenthood’s evil sex education program that aims to reach thousands of children. If one or two phone calls can be that valuable, that lifesaving, that demon-expelling, then think about the value of one rosary prayed on site at Planned Parenthood. Join us today in Bringing Jesus to Planned Parenthood through Mary. Knowing all that we know, how can we refuse?

Planned Parenthood closes three facilities in Houston area; opens two

The news comes from American Life League Associate group Houston Coalition for Life that Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast has closed three facilities: its Stafford abortion facility, its Rosenberg facility, and its FM 1960 facility. Unfortunately, a new facility opened in Stafford at 12614 Southwest Freeway in February, and another was scheduled to open at 4747 Louetta in Spring, Texas, on April 22.

Prayer vigils have already begun outside the two new facilities, and area pro-lifers are asked to be there.

Prayers started at the new Stafford facility on April 24, and will continue every Wednesday from noon until 1 p.m. Gather in the grassy area between the parking lot and street; do not park in the strip center. The first prayer vigil at the Spring facility was Monday, April 22.

Please make phone calls to the leasing agent for the Spring property and voice your concern and disappointment that Planned Parenthood is opening its business there.

American Life League personally greets PP head Cecile Richards with rejected ad

American Life League outreach director Rey Flores was able to greet Cecile Richards personally last week and hand deliver a message from Judie Brown. Click here to see the shocking material that Rey handed to Cecile. But be forewarned that what you will see is extremely graphic.

It is an ad containing Planned Parenthood’s outrageous cartoons intended for children as young as ten years old that was rejected recently by both the New York Times and the Washington Post because it was considered too graphic and shocking for their adult readers. American Life League is calling for adults to visit our website,, and use the letter builder there to contact your legislators demanding an end to the funding of Planned Parenthood.

Here is Rey’s story, excerpted from our ALL Associate newsletter.

In an instance of being at the right place at the right time, while Rey Flores was awaiting his colleagues, he happened to enter the hotel where Planned Parenthood’s annual conference was taking place in Washington, D.C. It is there that Rey simply and respectfully approached Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards, introduced himself as a representative of American Life League and said, “My name is Rey Flores with American Life League and I have this message from Judie Brown.” Flores then handed Richards a few copies of the rejected ad, featuring some of Planned Parenthood’s own obscene sex-ed graphics.

The group of pro-lifers was also able to get the fliers into the hands of guests, hotel employees, and even some cab drivers at the hotel. Before handing them a flier with the offending images, the pro-life team asked people if they had children that attended public schools. Many answered yes and were visibly shocked and upset to find out that the organization hosting a conference at the hotel was responsible for these outrageous materials.

The rejected, graphic ad can be viewed here. Warning! Graphic and not suitable for viewing by children or teens.
