  • Cecile Richards Still Talking
  • Nobody to Kill Babies
  • Taxpayer Dollars to Planned Parenthood
  • Around the Country

  • Planned Parenthood Pres Reacts to Leak

Cecile Richards, a former Planned Parenthood president, recently told CNN during an interview that in her opinion Americans across party lines are in favor of abortion. She also said: “I think this is an issue that is going to animate voters as we head into the midterm elections. It’s unthinkable that this country would go back on 50 years of progress for women.”

To be clear, Richards erred in her comments. Americans, regardless of political party, are not overwhelmingly in support of aborting babies, and many do not consider killing babies to be actual progress for women, let alone for the family or the nation.

If only someone would suggest that Richards take truth serum on a daily basis.

Planned Parenthood has stopped committing abortions in Georgia and Alabama. But the reason is not because the organization has had a change of heart. Planned Parenthood cannot find anyone who will do the killing.

Of course, there are places in these states where babies can be killed, so for now Planned Parenthood is busy handing out the contraceptives that can kill babies and staying away from the surgical kind. As PP said, it will continue “to offer essential sexual and reproductive health services at our health centers.”

We cannot understand how any thinking human being could consider abortive contraceptives as being essential to anyone, but we are not of the same mind as Planned Parenthood. Thank God!

Senator Rand Paul is challenging the Small Business Administration leadership, asking why it has reversed the Trump-era decision to deny such loans to abortion organizations like Planned Parenthood. Paul reminded the SBA that Planned Parenthood’s affiliates are not small businesses because they are so tightly controlled by the abortion giant. No defense of the SBA decision was provided, though we know pro-abortion Catholic Biden is now in charge, so common sense has evaporated.

Montana: Even a simple yet flawed law requiring parental consent prior to abortion committed on a minor child is meeting resistance from Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood has sued the state, and judges appear to be at a stalemate. Insisting that abortions of babies prior to birth are mere aspects of reproductive healthcare, Planned Parenthood has pulled out all the stops to protect its deadly practice.

Texas: Texas Right to Life reports that Attorney General Ken Paxton, on behalf of the state of Texas and an anonymous “Alex Doe,” sued Planned Parenthood over improperly received Medicaid funds which the organization should have returned. While it is clear that Planned Parenthood revels in taking the lives of preborn babies and providing dangerous birth control chemicals to its patients, the latest news could upset its applecart in Texas.

Quoting TRTL

Planned Parenthood had lost their standing as a qualified Medicaid provider in Texas on February 1, 2017. Even so, Planned Parenthood had continued to file for reimbursements, of which they claimed to have received around $10 million between this final date through March of 2021, when Planned Parenthood’s suits against HHSC finally were resolved. The group should have returned these funds within a 60-day period according to the Texas Administrative Code, and failing to do so has left the group liable to administrative action.

Attorney General Ken Paxton released the following statement regarding the issue: “It is unthinkable that Planned Parenthood would continue to take advantage of funding knowing they were not entitled to keep it. . . . I will not allow them to benefit from this abhorrent conduct after they were caught violating medical standards and lying to law enforcement.”

There was news last week that someone leaked the possibility that the Supreme Court may overturn Roe v. Wade, the infamous 1973 court decision on abortion. In response, a Planned Parenthood senior vice president, Sam Lau, said: “Half the country could soon lose access to abortion access. That means 36 million women of reproductive age at least, who would suddenly live in a state where their bodies, their lives, their futures are no longer up to them.” He summed up his comments, saying: “This is not what the American people want.”

On another front, Planned Parenthood tweeted: “We have reached a crisis moment for abortion access.”

But the most offensive comment came from Planned Parenthood chief program officer Melissa Fowler who stated: “This decision—if published as final—will gut access in half of the country and will have an absolutely devastating impact on those in need of essential abortion care in many parts of the country.”

Equating the willful killing of an innocent baby with words like essential and care shows just how despicable the marketers of abortion really are. Clearly, profiteering on baby slaughter is right at the top of Planned Parenthood’s agenda.

Alexis McGill Johnson, president and CEO of Planned Parenthood, said in a statement: “While we have seen the writing on the wall for decades, it is no less devastating, and comes just as anti-abortion rights groups unveil their ultimate plan to ban abortion nationwide. We will continue to fight like hell to protect the right to access safe, legal abortion.”

Note the threatening language from the president of an organization that was founded to allegedly help women avoid getting pregnant. Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger would be proud as punch because, lest we forget, Sanger said: “No woman can call herself free until she can choose consciously whether she will or will not be a mother.”

Murder most foul!
